Terms and conditions for using your Raseedak card
- Spend the earned balance within a period not exceeding 36 months starting from the date of the purchase transaction.
- If the card is not used for 3 consecutive months, the customer’s status becomes inactive, and as soon as he purchases it, his status is automatically converted to active.
- Your Balance card is a loyalty card used for general purchases, collecting and disbursing the balance, while using it for special offers only cancels it.
- Items that have special or discounted offers are excluded from your purchase bill, and no credit is added to your card for these purchases.
- Discounted items and electronic devices are excluded from the discount percentage granted to the card holder.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the subscription or cancel the balance without consulting the customer.
- Your use of the card indicates your acceptance of the terms, and the company has the right to amend or change these terms without consulting the customer.
- The customer is not entitled to use more than one card or any card that is not linked to his data.
